Amazon's Wireless Reading Device With Excellent Support Service

We are all consumers in one way or the other. Some things like air and sunshine are free due to the grace of the greater force. But we pay for almost everything else in cash or kind. To persuade us to buy, we are under a constant bombardment from all kinds of marketing and sales campaigns. We decide on what we need and at times more than what we need and make a purchase. Things are not what they are or what they seem to be. Very often, we need follow-up support after making a purchase. How often do you receive the required support?
